It’s not my thyroid! So now they are scrambling to figure out what the problem is! Why is my skin going bananas, why is my weight going haywire. What is really going on all of a sudden. True our bodies change as we age and goes through cycles even, but to suddenly do it in a 2 week time frame (the weight) and then nothing goes back to normal what is up? The hair is also strange as well. I mean we are in a state of crazy right now. I mean it is not a state of emergency yet, but in my mind it is! I am not happy about the current state of events. So now I am waiting on a phone call for the step. Because I don’t know if you remember, but from the last update, they also gave me a fluid pill on Friday to start and now I have been on it for 5 days and have not lost any weight which they believed to be edema and mostly water weight. However, I do not feel any different and nothing has happened. So a new plan needs to occur. The nurse was shocked when I said I have not lost any weight yet yesterday when they gave me the results. SO…We wait for the doctor to call today and give me the next step.
I hope everything gets worked out!

OH MY. I feel for you. I hate playing the waiting game, especially when they don’t always have the answers. Everyone says …..You don’t put on a lot of weight overnight. It takes months/years. That is NOT always the case. Sending prayers love and support . HUGSZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Yea and I was like ha kiss my butt I have proof it was almost overnight, lol. I track my health carefully since I am always at the doctor. I do not personally ever get all the scale at home (well maybe once a month at work) but I do not own one in my home. However, I go to the doctor 1-3 times every week and they take my weight every time I go so they know my weight gains and losses. They monitor me very carefully and I ask that they tell me certain changes especially things like that because of what I do for my professional as a wellness profession. Moreover, even before they could tell me I noticed, lol. {HUGZ BACK}

It was embarrassing how much I gained in such a short time. I have been able to lose it either.
I really hate it. I don’t eat as well as I should ONLY because we can’t afford to.. I don’t eat a lot of junk foods or sugars.
I really don’t eat a lot to begin with.
You and I know our bodies more than most people ever could.

Well sometimes it’s just about making sure you eat often enough 5-8 small meals a day! That is my biggest struggle actually has been since I was 15 even though I weigh a lot. I tend to maintain or gain weight because my body is constantly in starvation mode; however, I have been doing better with that in the last 2 years and yet…this happened and the doctors are baffled for once. I don’t like that at all!

I often have to force myself to eat. Sad because I really do love food.
I will usually fix my supper and eat it over a few hours.
